Our strategy is to engage directly with your team to find suitable candidates in accordance with your criteria, and to distill it into a precise industry concentration. Once the candidates are fully vetted, we ascertain the suitability of each and create a short list, which is then followed by the presentation period.
The presentation of each candidate is attended by teams from the buy-side, sell-side and Gulf Equity. This offers the buy-side an opportunity to gain a far greater depth of understanding of the acquisition candidate, and allows for the parties to learn more about each other’s primary objectives and expectations.
This is a highly efficient way to determine if interest is sufficient to warrant an in-person visit by the acquisition team. Following the visit, a Letter of Intent is often procured and the process of closing the transaction begins, during which time Gulf Equity is acutely vigilant.
